Where do we do business?

FSA LLC provides services to southeastern Wisconsin, however, we would be happy provide our services anywhere in the state. For shooting locations greater than an one hour drive from West Bend, WI a nominal fee would be charged.

How long does it take to complete a project?

Project completion time varies given the scope of the project. For aerial photos you can expect delivery of unedited media the same day. Edited photos will likely take 1-2 business days for delivery. Orthomosaics and digital elevation models vary the most depending on the acreage and remoteness of the location. An estimated delivery time can be provided prior to any business agreement. If delivery time is important to your operation please be sure to ask!

What format can projects be delivered in?

Aerial photos can be delivered in JPEG, DNG, PNG and TIFF formats. The 20MP camera native image size uses 16:9 aspect ratio with a resolution of 5472x3078. Let us know if you need the resolution scaled down as we would be happy to accommodate that request.

Orthomosaics and DEMs vary in resolution based on the surface area covered in the image.

How are projects delivered?

We offer a number of different pathways for delivering final products. The primary means for delivery is Google Drive, and Dropbox. If there is another way you would like your project delivered please let us know as we would be happy to accommodate.
